Delivery Times:

A bespoke promotional gift produced in Asia is usually a long process that has to be prepared with care and time. The usual period between design, budget, sample preparation, production and delivery is about 4 months, although there are certain products that can be considerably shorter.

· For imports by air, the usual delivery times are 15 to 65 days. Aircraft is the ideal transport for rush orders and value-added items such as electronics and designer items. 

· For maritime imports, the usual delivery times are 75 to 100 days. Cargo ship is the ideal transport for large orders, bulky and low-value goods.

Keep in mind that during the Chinese New Year holiday (or Spring Festival), the country is at a standstill for practically a month. This holiday falls between the end of January and February, so if you need an imported product for the first quarter of the year, we recommend that you contact us in September or October.
