Microfiber: the perfect material for towels and other promotional products
Microfiber is a textile material made with ultra-fine fibers that offer superior properties compared to other drying fabrics. Composed of 80% polyester and 20% polyamide, microfiber fabrics are 2 times finer than silk, 3 times finer than cotton, and 100 times finer than a human hair.
To understand how microfiber works, we can look at a cross-section of a fiber. The fiber has a special shape that causes dirt and liquids to get “trapped” inside. Thanks to this structure, these towels can clean deeply without scratching and absorb up to 8 times their weight in water — twice as much as cotton.

What printing techniques are available?
Digital: Unlimited color printing, CMYK on 1 or 2 sides. The printable surface covers the entire towel.
Screen printing: Printed on the towel in 1 or 2 inks, with a maximum print area of 25x25 cm (towels).
Embossing: Stamping by pressure and heat (“debossing”) with a maximum print area of 10x15 cm (towels).
Golf or kitchen towels: 32x49 cm.
Cycling: 40x75 cm.
Fitness: 50x95 cm.
Swimming pool: 75x126 cm.
Spa: 75x155 cm.
Beach: 90x170 cm.
