Different marking techniques to customize products with your logo

At Connectad, we have a wide catalogue of customizable promotional gifts to make your brand stand out. We make sure that each marking technique suits the characteristics of the area and the material of the chosen product. That is why we not only advise you from the agency during the production of your gifts, but we also want to give you some basic notions about the different marking techniques we work with.

Screen Printing Connectad

SCREEN PRINTING

This type of marking is popular for its high quality, durability and the possibility of marking in one or several colors on flat surfaces. The ink is transferred through a mesh stretched on a frame, producing sharp and vivid images. It does not allow the reproduction of photographs, gradients or shadows. Also available as circular screen printing, ideal for curved surfaces.

Pad Printing Connectad

PAD PRINTING

This technique allows printing several colors, although solid colors only, on all types of shapes and textures with very sharp results. Using silicone pads, the logo is transferred by pressing it onto the surface to be marked. It is also a cost-effective option when the logo is in 4 colors, as long as the design and printing size do not exceed 5 cm. Not suitable for textiles.

Laser Connectad

LASER

Laser engraving offers an impeccable, highly professional and durable result on metal, leather, glass or wooden surfaces. The logo is lightly engraved onto the material. The final color of the result will depend on the color of the product underneath. Its marking surface should be approximately 8 cm.

Embroidery Connectad

EMBROIDERY

The most popular technique for textile gifts. The logo is sewn using threads and can be applied to all types of flat and irregular surfaces. There are no color limits for marking and the cost depends on the number of stitches and the size of the logo.

Sublimation Connectad

SUBLIMATION

Sublimation allows full-color images and photographs to be printed on synthetic surfaces. It is possible to mark textile products with a minimum of 75% polyester, as well as products such as mugs, plates, coasters, etc. There is no color limit.

Digital Printing Connectad

DIGITAL PRINTING

Full-color printing applied directly through a digital printer onto the product. It allows photographs, gradients and shadows to be printed in high quality, creating a less noticeable finish to the touch than classic screen printing. It allows images to be printed in full color because there is no color limit.

Resin Drop Connectad

RESIN DROP | DOMING

This marking combines logo printing with a transparent resin that provides a special volume effect. The graphics underneath are protected and have a smooth, shiny surface with a good quality/price ratio. No color limit.

Digital Transfer Connectad

DIGITAL TRANSFER

This solution provides photographic quality for your marking and is ideal for complex, multi-color logos. The print is applied using heat onto the transfer paper and then onto the surface to be marked.

Screen Transfer Connectad

SCREEN TRANSFER

This system is more affordable than digital transfer, as it only allows 1 to 8 colors. It is printed using screen printing on a transfer sheet and then transferred to the product.

Heat stamping Connectad

DEBOSSING | HEAT STAMPING

This marking system allows a sophisticated marking to remain embedded in the material, in low relief and without color. It is an ideal technique to use on leather, imitation leather, plastic materials and wood.

Digital Label Connectad

DIGITAL LABEL

As a graphic solution for the most difficult gifts to mark, we can opt for high-quality full-color printed labels to place your logo wherever you want.

Vinyl Adhesive Connectad

VINYL ADHESIVE

Adhesive vinyl stickers have superior quality and resistance compared to conventional stickers, making them our preferred option for a more professional finish.

Vinyl Textile Connectad

VINYL TEXTILE

This is a plastic material in the form of a heat-transfer sheet that is produced in different finishes according to the effect you want to obtain: glossy colors, matte colors, fluorescent, metallic, etc. Suitable for almost all types of textiles and at very competitive prices.

Ceramic Transfer

CERAMIC TRANSFER

This printing technique is used to mark mugs and other promotional gifts made of ceramic, glass and/or porcelain. The logo is printed on a decal sheet and then applied to the item, which later undergoes high temperatures. The quality is suitable for microwave and dishwasher use.

Mold 3D

CREATE YOUR OWN GADGET | 3D MOLD

We can also create your logo in three dimensions. By creating a personalized mold for your brand, custom PVC gadgets can be produced in the shape you want.
