Create a lanyard designed and manufactured from scratch to represent your company’s visual identity. Unlike standard promotional lanyards, where a logo is printed on a pre-made model, this product allows you to configure its main elements before production begins.

You can choose the material, base color, strap width, front and back designs, type of clip, safety fastenings, detachable systems and other accessories.

Sublimation printing allows full-color designs to be applied across almost the entire surface of the lanyard. You can also use different artwork on each side to display more information or combine different brand messages.

1. Choose the material and finish

Select the type of strap that best suits your project:

• Polyester
• Recycled RPET polyester
• Satin finish
• Polyester with a satin coating
• Models manufactured in Europe
• Standard or detachable versions

RPET models are made from recycled polyester and are a suitable option for companies looking to incorporate recycled materials into their merchandising.

Satin finishes provide a smooth, glossy surface, making them particularly suitable for corporate designs that require a more refined visual result.

2. Define the design and colors

Create the lanyard from your own artwork and adapt it to your company’s corporate identity.

You can customize:

• The strap’s background color
• Corporate colors

• Photographs, gradients and detailed designs
• The front and back sides

Sublimation printing can reproduce full-color artwork with a high level of detail. Depending on the model, the front and back can feature the same design or different artwork.

3. Select the width and format

Configure the lanyard’s dimensions according to its intended use and your brand design.

Depending on the model, you can choose:

• Strap width

• Model with one or two attachment points

The 20 mm models provide a wide surface for displaying logos, text and designs with greater visibility.

4. Choose the clip and fastenings

Complete the lanyard by selecting the most suitable attachment system:

• Standard metal clip
• Different clip options
• Detachable buckle
• Safety breakaway
• One or two clips
• Badge holder system without a metal clip

Detachable models allow the lower section of the lanyard to be removed easily without taking off the entire strap. This is particularly useful for access cards, keys or identification badges.

Depending on the selected configuration, a safety breakaway can help the lanyard open automatically if it is pulled.

5. Add extra accessories

Depending on the model, you can incorporate accessories to adapt the product to its final use:
